      Here I’ve noted some things _
      > Morning walk for 10–20 minutes. 10 min in morning
      > Take green leafy vegetables & fruits.
      > Never take a rest with your mobile, laptop or other gadgets.
      > Take a glass of lemon water (with/without sugar) daily
      > You should go to the nearest river bank, park or field during the afternoon, especially in the evening for 15–30 minutes.
      > Taste some chocolates (minimum 2–3 pieces of candy) or chew the chewing gums when you feel lonely or suffocated. > Stop smoking when you become depressed.
      > Read any kindof books, magazines or articles. > Gossip with street hawkers to know about their lifestyle. > Meditation: Inhale a Deep breath & exhale gradually, which can help calm your body and mind. Practice this only for 3 minutes in a day. > Be POSITIVE: Always think positive. Say positive words. It’s tough to start. But try this gradually.
